Did some porting before I put her back together took about 7mm out of the top side turn on the exhaust and just cleaned up and gasket matched after that.You can notice the change, its like night and day compared to stock(cant wait till i get the 90+ on there)

"how does it drive? that B23 bottom end should be pretty tough, what's the boost level at?"Drives good for stock , added the double sways up front now just saving pennys for the the billy HD's and some stiffer coils.Had her at 15psi had to take the alchy injection off to reroute from the trunk, and also had to fill up with regular so shes down to 12psi right now still with 0 ping.Thnx for the kind responses guys

Front spoiler I fab'd from the 83/86 spoilers,pretty much took the 83 flipped it upside down bonded it to the 86 filled with glass and bondo little bit of trimming/sanding and thats what ya get. Very very easy to do only downside is I have hit ground a few times but think that will go away when I get the stiffer springs."needs moar brown accents"ill go get the tape and rattle can rustolium right now and make some "accents" :) .

how do you run 12 psi on the crap ignition and still not have it ping? my car pings ~6 psi.

In truth I dont realy know im running an old CDI box with the ignition , but I dont know how much that realy helps.During the rebuild I lost all my timing marks(trashed the tbelt covers) so I just guestimated cam timing and Dist advance/retard,and after playing with it 15/20 times she will take 12psi on regular and around 15 on hi-test*shrugs*.I did Sinegroove(sp?) the head this may account for somthing but ya never know it seems some people swear by it and others think its just mumbojumbo also took a few CC's out of the cumbustion chamber and polished it all up 400/800/1000 and then rubbing compound on a wheel.Sorry just throwing things out there cause I dont know why either all I have read says it shouldnt but it does.
