What color should I paint my wagon??

So it is finally time to paint my 85 240 wagon. She's no longer my only car, so I can afford to have her down for a while while she gets some new shine. About the car:

85 240 wagon
tan exterior
brown interior
virgos
turbo grill
dead straight body
soon to be +t (got all the parts, just have to get the guts up to try it)

Anyways, I'm thinking of going with metallic copper or metallic jaguar green. What have you guys done, or what do you think would go well with the brown interior? Any pics would be awesome.

Yeah. . . . Not so sure about those ones. . . though I do have an FJ40 Landcruiser in baby blue, and I actually like it, but hot pink and canary yellow??? A little sissified.

I think the baby blue 245 flathood in California, the coral reef pink 242 in California, Jah's green 242, THE yellow 244 in Sweden, that one guys orange 244 that he bought from somone named andy i think, prove that these cars look GREAT in bright colors. Go for somthing out of the ordinary. Look around at other car companies stock colors.

But if you dont like bright, The Chrysler 300C Heritage edition red is tight I think. So is their Midnight Metalilc black.

ok, the 3 themes i was gonna go with:
1st) school bus yellow or a deep saturated orange with british racing green dual offset stipes. you know the ones.... 1 fat stripe, 1 skinny stripe, both off to 1 side of the car. or the exact opposite color/stripe; green with orange stripe.

2nd)midnight blue or a [manly] purple and tint the windows as black as they'll go. the key here is to get the paint and the tinted glass to look like the same color. a more subtle choice would be to make the car black and paint the rims (you DO have nice rims; right?) that purple-ish color to match the tint.

3rd) do it up transformers style (the movie is coming out 7-4-07) and get the stickers (i prefer decepticons which would go with the 2nd paint scheme). dont forget to put the stickers in offset places like the front quarter panels or off to 1 side of the hood or tailgate/trunk.

or, go with black [like my soul] so its easy to color match in the future. black is black; know what i mean.

I'm gonna go with purple too. I always wondered what a wagon would look like in that color the old hemi cudas came in(plum crazy purple i think). If you wanted to go really crazy you could black out the grille, and paint the hood and tailgate flat black.

that would look good in a semi metallic finish. or a half pearl.

Matte purple would look very nice also, and you could hit it with a black or white stripe

I think the new GM color called moondust met. 32U would look sick. Its a cross between silver and really light blue tons of flake..It would look great with a tan interior. They put this color on the oh so boring Trailblazer.

How many names can you come up with for black? black, ebony, jet black, onyx, super jet black, black onyx, etc. Blacks can also have metallic or pearl. The pearl can be different colors. It could be a blue black or a brown black.
just get semi-gloss black. it dries the quickest.
