Nah, my tailpipe was rusty, and this was cheaper/easier than a new stock-type setup (i.e. it was free)
I left the stock resonator and cat in there, so it's not a huge amount louder, it's just deeper. Doesn't sound ricey at all, hung it with the stock hanger and everything.

nah, he's definately a turbobricker, lol, the car isnt even paid off yet, and he got the muffler as part of a trade/swap on a b21 and borrowed my welder, and used up the last of the wire on it, lol. Still, it sounds pretty good, especially at idle. and compared to the REAL rice that runs around here, aint bad at all.

It's getting megasquirt and a turbo as soon as the paychecks start rolling in from the GM dealership I'm wrenching for starting tomorrow. Already have the turbo and the megasquirt, just need monies for the nickle and dime ****. I've already +T'd a car, and I MSed another one, so it shouldn't be too tricky. After that I'm gonna go for either a T5 or Getrag swap.
