Well, from what I could see (The quality of the video is worse than this ghetto South Carolina cable TV!) the car is crazy. Sometimes I feel as if its a joke to us Volvo owners, kind of like youre mocking us. Other times I feel that you just wanted to be different, and you sure achieved it.

I still think its pimp though!

i could say i respect you for wanting something different but you still fall in the category of honda boys with the body kits that look extremely fast and got no go... but then i'd be a hypocrite cause i diss on them. and give them no props for wanting something different.. ALTHOUGH, the car doesn't look fast but like a big gelatinous mob of bondo thats kind of floating...lol, not dissing on you please dont take any offense, but it takes some balls to drive around in the smurf mobile i bet.

Some people are into "looks," some are into "performance." I could understand if he's bragging on how his volvo can whip a corvette's ass or something to that nature, but c'mon, he's not bragging about being fast or anything to that nature. Some people have some skewed views here, I really think this board would be a better place if people had more respect for one another, if you don't like something, simply do not post. It's like the same people try to rag on Colin in every post here, it seriously pisses me off that people do this sort of thing. I guess this displays how mature some of you guys really are though. Put yourself in Colin's shoes and consider how you would feel if someone says something demeaning about something you've invested hardwork, time, money, etc. into.....

Collin, Im going to give you props again. The thought dawned on me when I was a local import show saturday.

See, everyone (like 95 percent of the world) who does "imports" gets stuff thats rarely older than 6 years old, finds a catalogue and orders **** that fits. Mad props to you man for taking **** that doesnt fit and doing quite a job making it look good.

People walked right by my car cause it was to plain looking I guess, course till saw the big shinny thing sticking up under the hood, but my car is "mild" by EVERYONEs standards at the show (looks wise), which I like.

:D

Like I said, take it or leave it, you took a 20 year old car, with no aftermarket and had some fun with it. Can't go wrong with that.

Man some people are sort of jacked here, just cause it aint your thang don't complain, Colin is original and he get's mad props from me even though his style is different than mine, his project is extremely inexpensive (he barely put any money out), did a pretty good job and should be able to show his work for people who are interested to see so if you don't appreciate, don't hate. Look at how many overequipped, tricked out Hondas you see, total show no go, problem there is those guys spend thousands and thousands on their slow ass cars while this guy hardly spent anything to make his Volvo stand out.

Anyway, that's my take on it......................

Man oh man...I hafta comment on how crappy the video quality is, and that's partly because I've seen your other video efforts, and partly because it's, well, crappy. But I liked the music - what was the second song?

You so need a cowl induction hood, or maybe just a '86-up hood. And old '70s Firebird fender vents. I'm not joking, either. Also, IMHO some later headlights would give the front end a more cohesive look. Not neccessarily Volvo headlights, heck, the Plymouth minivans have units that look about the right size.

Can't wait to see what you do with a little F+T action, I can almost smell the burnout.

haha i saw that thing at cruise night in the falls, what a ****box. It looked liked it was painted with a roller. And the body kit or what ever you want to call it was so poorly fitted/sanded. Man it was so rice.
