Well, i have been told to stay home about my plans, but hell no :


Car : Volvo 740
Engine : RB26DETT
Transmission is taken from a RB25DET ( R32 GTS-T? )
Coilovers in front
custom springs and BIllstein damper in the rear
25mm anti rollbars in front \ rear ( my english is not wery good )
332mm wented disc in front
282mm wented disc rear
Hydr handbrake
Rollcage

Widebody kitt
Compomotive wheels.

what would you chose? a Nissan Skyline motor that can be built for up to 1000hp+ or a redblock from a old volvo?...

The "wide body" kit is bought from a friend of mine in Sweden, he also delivres in carbonfiber ;)

Well, my dayli used Volvo 740 is getting a B23 with weld pistons and some other nice parts.
T304 Turbo ( 400 hp )

so, id rather swear and get a Nissan engine in my volvo.


1000 hp in a RB26 ? then were talking cash is king, im going to take out about 400 hp.

The Rims on the last pictures kost about 1000 usd, and EVERY 2xx/7xx in norway has those rims, im now using then on track ;)

carbon fiber is not a color. painting the cf is the way to go, and leave a pinstripe of cf, or spray the paint thin enough to see carbon beneith it. i love how everything looks! i want to see an rb in a volvo, then getting buck sideways. keep up the good work!

The project is now secound priority, a Nissan R32 GTs with a GTR engine just popped innto my garage, in this winter, i will be finnished with the chassie, and then ill wait to see about the comming plans.

The engine will be mounted in three weeks i think, so then its just 500 hours of welding, hammering and swearing and some paint left.

good news, the engine is almoste complete now, my engine expert says that 400 bhp and 600 nm is about the power it will deliver.

And it got a 242 Group A cam ;)

I will use a lot of money and time, so i hope the engine is complete around christmas, ready tuned to be used ;)

The old compomotives is sold, new ones will be ordered around next spring ;)
if you want, i can buy and ship a set ore three if you want to buy ;)

no, only 940 sedan, on 740 you must modify the fenders, as they dont fit so good.

Good news, the engine is done, with a crazy cam and turbo.

450 hk
550 nm..
8500 revs.
inlet: 288 grader, 240º @ 0.050" , 184º ved 0.2", 13.8mm lift. LCA = 116.

Exhaust. 287 grader, 240º @ 0.050" , 181.7 ved 0.2". 13.2mm lift. LCA =114.

yes, it is 2x s13 and one s15 in the garage.. not mine..

im also makin carbon rear lamps with 4x 70 mm lamps, instead of the old volvo lamps..
