Thank you for pre registering for this event. You will not need to
submit
this again for this season. Unfortunately the parties responsible for
providing adequate snow cover have not been cooperating. Currently the
lot
has 1.5" of snow in spots, 2/3 of it is ice covered and the rest is
bare
pavement. It would be a very dangerous event to host under these
conditions.
Maybe we will have better luck at our next Winter Cross.

I have a feeling I'll be stuck within a matter of seconds.

The only person to get stuck last time was me, :oops: I stuffed the front of my car into a snowbank at like 30 mph. (After getting pulled out I still finished.) There are no snowbanks this time. I went up to check out the lot on Sunday, it is looking sweet. Mowgli, If you want to stop by my house on Sat. we are having a little meet and greet, Cullen will be down, plus a couple other volvo people not on the board, See Ya,

For most auto-Xs spectators are free. I've done a few CART events in past summers and people always show up whenever and watch.
Is there currently snow in the lot for this weekend?

So it's called off again, I took a ride up to the lot to see for myself and there was a lot of bare pavement. Damn wind! Oh well better luck for the 8th
