Enem cam mystery pin

I got this V16 cam brand new directly from Enem. Does anyone know why do the leave this roll pin inside. Same thing happened some time ago when I got V15. I have to take it out in order to install it but is there some subtle reason why is it there?

It's come up before. I think it was put down to something to do with the manufacturing process.

just remove it, dizzy will not fit in the back with it there
