Thanks guys, i went to walmart a few min ago and didn't think it was mine when I walked back out. It does have a few small issues though. The odometer is inoperable, only one speaker is working, and the steering is very hard at sometimes. Is there a easy fix on the odometer? and the cataract's need to go!

The gear may have broken teeth. IPD sells the kit you need to replace it. Speaker probably blown or one of the wires isn't connected. Try and flush the power steering fluid. I didnt and now I need a new rack lol.

good work! sorry about you losin money on the 245, but it looks like you broke even with the steal you got on this one! does the steering get hard during the turning of the wheel, like in one spot? if it turns easy then for a small section of the turn it gets hard, then back to smooth, it is probably the steering knuckle, i've replaced a few at the shop i used to work at, and i think the one in my 81 is just starting to go.

Thats the way it will be staying, maybe if this engine ever gives us trouble it will get a nice +t put on. No turbo badges of course.

I hate Vancouver sometimes. This car would have cost at least $1000 more here for sure. Black is the definitely the best color. I am painting my 740 black next summer. Those rims are the perfect finishing touch. All it needs is a super dark tint to give it the ultimate blackness!

that would probably be a 3000$ car here :( iowa has the crappiest prices for most cars, i couldnt find a 740 of any description in this state for under 2 grand (going of craigslist prices) i had to drive over 300 miles to get my wagon (price was worth it imo) i love that car! my next will be either a 240 or porsche lol
