Stock turbo oil feed location

Where does the stock turbo oil feed line get its oil from? I have heard about a feed from just behind the water pump that is blocked off with a screw on non-turbo cars. Is this true? I haven't looked for one yet on my 1982 244 but was thinking of maybe turboing that engine and would like to use the stock oil feed location.

the stock feed is in the middle of the block a little bit below the exhaust manifold.

the water pump bolt is put there after the oil galley is machined, its on all turbos and na blocks. Its only purpose is a plug.
