More work on a carb car than one that already has fuel injection, but parts are all out there for a 240.
I use to run a B21A carb setup in my '65 122 that I installed a B21F engine in, but upgraded to megasquirt. I really noticed the difference!
I had to get some parts fabricated because 122s never had fuel injection (i.e. gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, intake, throttle setup etc.). Your upgrade would be a lot easier than my upgrade. If you find a whole 240 fuel injected car (I would look for a 85 or newer), you could just swap out to LH. I paid $300 for a '90 240.
