Hi

Very nice car man!! It is in very good shape.
What type of lower springs did you use?

Fronts are stock and minus a few coils. Rears were cut down 245 springs. Gave a bouncy ride but made the handling perfect on paved back roads. Current rears are new cut down 940 springs - perhaps a little soft for my taste.

B234F 16 valve engines come with two shafts that run on the intake and exhaust side of the block. These shafts have off center weights on them and are supposed to damp out vibrations. In actuality they are heavy, use up oil pressure and foam the oil, and when their belt snaps it fouls the timing belt and voila, 16 bent valves.

I removed both housings, milled the castings, and plugged the oil holes. Worth about 5-10 hp.

1989, but I have 1984, 1985, 1987, and 1989 cars...
Factory 16 valve was only offered in 1989 and 1990. I have so much history in this car, hate to see it go.

Actually Novas, but the only difference is the machined lip on the Sirius and the paint.

Engine and interior pictures added on the for sale thread.
