Word - I like your goals for the car, I'm just heavily opposed to street racing [hence the 1337 reference in the last thread]. I also like the C70 bumpar.
Welcome and have fun learning and contributing here.

Don't remember i was knocked unconscious, but i believe so, also one of the rear deck speakers was laying in the passenger seat when i woke up.... airbag went off so not sure how i hit the windshield, broke my collarbone, 3 ribs, and cracked my sternum

Probably a 1-2 punch by the Lincoln bumper setting off the airbag, then the frame setting off a second shock as the airbag deflated.

that's from the airbag deployment.

that's from the airbag deployment.
That was my first thought, too. I see it on the passenger sid a lot, but it's usually a wider "spot" in the center. But I have also seen people get over or around the bag as it is deflating, especially in multiple car crashes. Another reason for a seat belt.
seatbelt?
Yep was wearing my seatbelt, that's what broke my collarbone, ribs and sternum

But kept you from being ejected..........
I'll never for the life of me understand the argument that seatbelts are bad for you. I'll take some broken bones just to not end up a smear on the side of the road.
But, I geuss you could go through that accident WITHOUT a seatbelt and see what happens.

the purpose of airbags is to keep you from getting ejected

Just ball-bustin! Love the front spoiler/lip thing. Is that the exexpat method? My wife's 960 needs that treatment.
Welcome aboard!
