I just have to get some plate steel to make some proper brackets, that I have already sourced but not got yet. this is a mock up, I also need to get a drive pully 120mm-ish (anybody?) I wasa thinking I would get one made but , it's not out of the realms of possibility.

i was wondering what the hell he was doing with the throttle until the end, and the black paint made sense. That is so tremendously badass:lol:

I'm sure Dale and I could whip up a crank pulley, if you get us the size you want & position of the multi-rib belt.

I like the 142 build, oh for a tig welder! I too like the way they have hidden it.

The pulley, I was thinking about having a stock crank pulley. the sc drive I was thinking could have a flange on one side and holes, then I could drill and tap holes in the front face of the stock pully and bolt it on.

I would say, no. That elastomer that glues the outer ring of steel to the hub is already a weak point when driving an alternator, water pump, and AC. Drop another 40-50 hp through there (driving the SC) and it'll never hold up. You might weld the outer ring and hub together, though.

What is the diameter of the underdrive pulleys and do you think you could make one with the ribbed pulley on the end if I give you all the dimensions I needed it to be?

The drive pulley for the supercharger needs to be around 145mm diameter and its a 8 rib pully I think, I will get all the details soon. I dont want to be revving the engine high all the time, I'm thinking it will be driven at lower revs mostly so the v-belt pulley shouldn't be too small.

Can you give me a ballpark figure for now so I will have an idea if it's or not.
