Setting my User Parameter in Megalog for boost?

Hey all,
I've noticed in my logs that my boost is registering as negative numbers and then higher numbers that don't align with what my actual boost is set to...(or is this how it should be? Measuring vacuum maybe?)

What should the Engine off MAP pressure in KPA be so as to have these readings be accurate?

I believe if you have a 3 bar MAP sensor, at 1 bar you are at 0 psi, 0-.9999 is the negitive of your vacuum reading. So a 2 bar reading from your log will be 14.5psi
