The website is in the middle of an overhaul, but I'm trying to keep all the loose ends tied up so you don't find yourself at an "under construction" page for like 6 months. :-P

Spark plug wires are selling like hot cakes and 240 strut braces are just around the corner. 240 exhaust systems should be out by the end of the month.

Ohh yeah, Little Mr T the sock monkey approves.

What's wrong with VistaPrint?

VistaPrint uses RGB laser printers and generally cheap ass 65# Plainfield cover to print cards.
I use CYMK plus 12,000 PMS colours and very fine cover stocks.
I print for many Fortune 500 companies as they tend to seek me out.
I printed 10,000 9x12 Right window security booklet envelopes tonight for Berkshire Hathaway.
Tbrickers generally can't afford me. :-P

Neat. Wanna PM me where you work, maybe some details, my company's looking to get some promotional materials printed up for a tradeshow in a few weeks.

Arrogance isn't cheap.

No it isn't. And we know how to charge. $1.75mil of new equipment to pay for.

You guys are awesome, so much support in this community.

im up there quiet a bit so i may have to stop by and see you about an exhaust some dayAnytime dude! Just e-mail/PM me first and we'll set something up.

Please God, tell me those are not VistaPrint cards. Glad to know you're proud of your own work. But seriously, as a small business there's no way I'm spending a bunch of cash on something I'm just going to give away for free. I got them made up at www.overnightprints.com (http://www.overnightprints.com). I've had them make me cards a few times in the past few years and I couldn't be happier with their product. I supplied the design and it only cost $14.95 for 100 double sided cards, which is stupidly cheap, and they look incredible. Now to a trained eye like yourself the quality of 'em might suck, but to me they're perfect.

Any pics to any of your recent work?Nothing yet, but I'll be adding a lot of pics to the site in the next few weeks. I'm making my first two prototype strut braces tonight and tomorrow, but they're not going to be terribly pretty in steel with my fluxcore welder. Eh, that's why they're prototypes. Once my new welder comes in next week and I get used to it I'll get going on the aluminum ones and make 'em look amazing. Then I'll powdercoat 'em.

That's ****ing sweet.

Aluminum? Are you going all out and getting a TIG?

Gas welder

Fancy gas welder. If this doesn't do what I want then in a few months I'll sell it and get a real AC/DC TIG. But honestly I think it'll be perfect. It's called a Henrob 2000 torch, basically an oxy/acetylene setup with a special torch gun. I talked to the owner on the phone for a long time today asking him all kinds of questions, and it sounds like this thing will do everything I'll need it to and more. Check out their website at: www.cutlikeplasma.com.

I'm also getting a new MIG welder for all the exhaust work.

I'm interested to see how the Henrob works for ya man. As you of course know I wanted one for the longest time and the got a TIG.

My prediction is that it will be mega awesome on steel and a BFPITA on aluminum, but that is just base don my experience with welding using a standard O/A.

Definitely post lots of pics man!

Yeah I've wanted one every since you told me about it years ago! A couple guys on TB have one and they absolutely love it. I can't wait till it comes in the mail, I'm so impatient sometimes! :-P

Got one half of the strut brace done today, cutting 3/16" steel plate with a jigsaw is awesome but takes fooooorever. Again, I can't wait to get this torch so I can just bust out these cuts in seconds.
