Here is a list of everything (I think) I have done to it. Since no one else lists it like this, maybe I'll start a trend and we can quit asking all the time.

Looks nice Pat - boy do those brakes look familliar.

Well it's nice for a track car, but there are nicer 240's for sure. It's nice enough to make everyone in the modified 240 show class at the Volvo club shows worry. (Dave B. )

The nicest modified 240 I have EVER seen is Valencia's rally car by far. It puts my POS to shame in EVERY respect and it's a RALLY CAR! From the cool parts we all dream about to the incredible fit and finish. :urgod:

Thanks for all the compliments,
Patrick D.

Patrick,
I don't see your MSD box in the pics. Did you hide it under the dash or something?

And yes.... I have good reason to worry. And work to do if I can find some money.

What grille are you using?

I use a 1983 240DL grill (original for this car actually) with the slash and emblem removed. It's one of the few with out the recesses where the emblem goes. Just a couple tabs to trim and you'll never know it was ever there.

Thanks. I have an 82 and it does have the recesses. Out of curiosity, does anyone know what other years have no recesses, in addition to 83? It might make it easier for me to find one if I decide to swap out my grille.
