Thats not the same car.
The safron one is a early 850.
The yellow one is either a 740 or a 780 heavaly modded.
They are kool but different thats for sure

ehh, i think he knew he was posting a different car, anyways. that yellow one has the 960/s90 front whereas the saffron one has the whole 850 thing going on.
am i the only one seeing camber in teh front?

The saffron one is an 850 that's been converted to two doors. The yellow one is a 740 that's been converted to two doors.
The 740 was featured in Bilsport and is a beautiful build. The guy's brother did that ****ed up black and orange 242.

Im really happy somebody had the time, energy and money to build these 2 cars. 850 + S70 front end, 850 with rear doors bondoed shut. Living in a fantasy world totally rocks!

I was just thinking yesterday how sad it was that they never made a 2 door 700, 800, 900 series.... Glad someone knocked it out.... I think it looks great! I wonder how much he paid to have that quarterglass made?

The doors arent bondoed shut. Im pretty sure the whole thing is shorter.

That's what it looks like. VWVortex had a 2 door MKIV that looked great, but they had used Golf doors on it. The 850 had the short bus treatment applied to it...

it looks same length, front door stretched.

The 852 does not work for me at all. The yellow 700/900 2 door thing is just soaked in "win", however. Seriously awesome. And that is something coming from myself, the original anti-grandpa.

Really? Come on, the front door isnt stretched... The whole thing is shortened, its stubby. And anyways, take a look at the pic of the 2 door next to the 4 door... That should clear any confusion up...

It would be cool if it didnt have all the tacky styling to it.
That yellow 740 is kinda gangster.

yeah, i knew for sure its not the car, just pushin the idea of the whole "two door conversion" thing.
Yeah, its definaetly different than a 780, bodylines are completely different to me.
Oh yeah, also found a S60 Two door, anyone wanta see that one too??
