We should have a mini meet some time before Davis... I was thinking either Friday April 18th or Saturday the 19th at Starbucks on Mchenry/Briggsmore. Plus while we're there we can work out the details for a caravan to Davis. What works for you guys?

WHAT: Coffee and Bricks.
WHEN: Saturday, 4/18/08, 10pm-whevever
WHERE: Starbucks on McHenry and Briggsmore
WHO: Anyone that likes shooting the **** about their Volvo and having a good time. But if you or your friends don't have a (working) Ovlov then other makes are always welcome.

There's a possibility of a cruise afterwards if we get enough people to come out.

Check out the Monthly Sac area meet, we do it every third saturday. This month we're doing a BBQ and drive in Vacaville. It's gonna be on Saturday the 19th.

FWIW at Turner Volvo the Sac VCOA is having a planning meeting on the 19th to figure out events for the year. Something like 12-2 or so.

I've already got plans for tomorrow night or I'd actually consider going. Although, I'm gonna be in Stockton as it is, I might swing over that way for a couple minutes if time allows. :)

We can test the trunk capacity on a 240...240 trunk capacity is; three 'average size' adults 5'6"-6'4", one queen-size pilllow, one sleeping bag...an a midget with a camera.

How was the turn-out?

3 volvos, but about 9 people. I don't know how that works out. Some guy in a fox body mustang was trying to show off his driving skills and came less than a foot from meeting a curb. I think that was the highlight of the night.
