one by one, my interior lights are burning out. I'm going to order some LED's to replace everything, but for the life of me, I cannot find that thread saying how many and what kind of LEDS I need to order.

Anyone know?

superbrightleds.com has a comparison chart that tells you which ones you need. For my 240 I needed 3 for the center counsole, 2 for the speedo, and 1 for each 52mm gauge. Plus I got one for my dome light and trunk and I'm still trying to get one to fit in the shifter.

funny thing - I've done mine with Varad LEDs and then 2 years later they are start strobe flashing on me and then die out (randomly I might add) so I just last week replaced them with some new LEDs (different brand) and now one of them flickers... could the power supply to dash lights be wrong for this type of lighting because of the dimmer control??

^--- as long as they have the right resistor in them you shouldn't have any problems with for the accessory lights, for the dash ones I just went with super bright and had no problems, for the accessory lights I got them off of ebay with the resistors already wired up. Question should be did you have the problem bf you changed the lights?

No as far as I can remember the old bulbs worked ok and maybe one was I out so I decided to go all LED as un upgrade...

Of course I've tapped a trace that supplies power to one of the bulbs to the dash module so all the LEDS are on that but it should be sufficient...

does anyone know of a write-up for putting these in? I'm seeing resistors and I have no clue about the process I'll be going through for my 240. mblue, you got your entire dash done, right? clue me in brudda..

Yeah I am trying to get these LEDs in my car too. I heard from mblue240 they just plug right in? Just like replacing a burnt out bulb?
