I think its just kjet + a chirpy bov making the noise but I could be totally wrong. Doperide07, its bubb rubb and lil sis nah'm'sayin?!

Mine dyno'd 233whp @ 13psi (ended the pulls @ 6krpms, still making power) on a mustang dyno with 10.5 afrs. Ha!

mine is only 7.5:1 CR but tuned to 12-12.5 AFRs

Aww man, you gotta goto youtube and search for 'whistle tips'. That's what the audio in his video is from. Once you watch it you will understand everything in this thread.
