looks like a nice swap...I like it.

hah, and I just realized from looking at your old car, that you sold and then was wrecked...I think you bought the 2 5x108 Mille Miglia Wheels from me off of ebay a while back, cuz those were the same tires I had on em.

Car sat in my garage for over a year. I did this swap on spare time only as it was not my friend's daily driver. Also, the wife works on weekends and I have two baby girls that keep me out of the garage, so I spend very little time working on it each week. The dashboard took more time to complete than did the motor swap. Had to seperate the fuses from the relay block and individually extend the wires so I could fit them behind the 960 dash.

that's BAAAD! I like it. Makes me want to transplant the entire drivetrain and suspension from a Miata into my Starlet.

The speedo & Fuel level are both Cyberdyne digital gauges. All others are Glow Shift gauges. The digital gauges use the stock sender unit for the reading. You just need to callibrate them when using for the first time. To make them fit I had to remove them from the original housings and epoxy them into the Volvo cluster. I then modified the volvo harness and made my own harness for the cluster.
