Wagon backseat headrest?

So I is watching a movie. There's a car, 760 wagon, in this movie.

The back seat has three headrests, the two you normally see, and one for the center seat. Has anyone seen this before? Photos?

sure it wasn't the headrest that pulls up for the child seat?

Yeah, this was obviously mounted from the rear, but there was only one shot of it so I couldn't see much more.
