Lots of things have changed since I first used MS V1.0 how many years ago?

By Christmas (ie for my christmas gift to myself) I want to have MS.

This year it will be on a B23E+T. Probably set up with a 2.2 distributor.

The following year, my 16VT should be up and running. I'd like to buy one box, that I can swap over to the 16V which will be a COP most likely. Idea's?

I would like most if not all functions Fan, boost, idle control.

So, would I go, V3 MS1 or V3 MS2. Or do I skip those, and go with Bozzma's "Megasquirt killer"?

I have no problem building the MS, but honestly, once it's built, I probably won't be screwing around with it hardware wise Maybe do some firmware upgrades etc, but I don't want to be constantly playing with it. So having all options right off the batt, would be the best.

You could go with a VEMS. I've got a group buy coming up in a month or two.

I wouldn't be too sure... I've been inside mine about four times, and getting ready to do it again... A lot of the options are "either or" sorta things, where if you have one thing you put it together a certain way, but the optional component requires removing/changing/soldering something else in. I wholeheartedly suggest building the MS (assuming you go that way) because of this... it's good to be at least roughly familiar with it's innards.

I have MS2 V3... obviously I'm not a good choice to ask for what'll work on a Volvo motor though. :-P

EDIT if you do want IAC instead of Fidle I think you need MS2... Not 100% sure though...
