Looking to +T soon anyway. I have an extra intake with greentops. I would like to go ahead and set it up with the 850 TPS and just swap it out. Will the greentops and the different FPR work for now? Can MS back them off enough to make it run ok?
Thanks!

yes, why wouldn't they....it is not like a turbo engine is running boost all the time :)

Just remember greentops limit you to about 220hp

Go for it.
Just remember greentops limit you to about 220hp :roll:In theory, sure, in reality I've seen two turbobrickers do 240whp with them. Somehow. I don't know how. Blame the dyno operators? Holtzboy and Crandandall

That's what I was thinking. Glad to hear you guys concur!

220 HP? That would be much better than 85!

depends on how rich you are running them, but for NA, they will work just dandy. I am using greentops on my MS n/a 242 right now.

Hi, with MS, you can calculate REQ_FUEL, so it will adapt the dutycycle vs the amount of fuel you need.
This means you can run turbo injectors on an N/A engine.

However, do not run them on 100% dutycycle, this means:
For turbo usage (on regular fuel) do not use them for more than approx 220hp max... As running injectors on 100% dutycycle is not good.

You should have about 15% from max dutycycle on an boosted engine, I seem to recollect.

you could just run max duty cycle at 75%, or... Run them at 100% but use a resistor pack from a turbo volvo

I used ~450cc CFI Ford injectors on my B230F with MS&S. I don't think it ever went over about 40% duty cycle. I remember seeing ~20-30% duty most of the time.

I'm sure that it could work well, especially with +t. Glad to see a fellow sc member!
