Which Saabs had 139 Module. - Quick!

I'm headed out to a junkyard soon, and I can't seem to find any threads that say which Saabs have the 139 Bosch Ignition Module. If you can find a link to prove me wrong great!

Or just post up the cars, but I need to know quick...

9000? i dont remember which one I got mine from.

What about locatin on the car.. Driver side fender, front? firewall?

I failed... Saab 9000 turbo I think, couldn't find it, only one saab in the yard.

Also stumbled upon a 740 turbo, probably 1989 or something. pretty much all turbo stuff there. but yeah no saab module.
