turbo head on a +T??

im am planning a +T project on my 91 244. the headgasket needs to be changed since its leaking oil and just wondering if its best to put a turbo head on there since its off anyway.
i know the valves are different but is there anything else/ are the cams the same?

Cam is a little better, but still very tame.

cool, i just didnt know if it was worth my trouble to go pick one up from the boneyard but i think i will. port and polish then a turbo cam and some other goodies would hit the softspot im sure.
