Animation Shop, it comes with Paint Shop Pro.

I only wish we were allowed linked avatars limited to no less than 200x200 http://www.ezboard.com/images/posticons/pi_lazysmile.gif

So I could use some of my ezboard avatars:

http://home.att.net/~catsonthehouse/FunStuff/MeFish2.gif

That of course it just the tip of the iceberg, but then I've always been a major bandwidth bandit http://www.ezboard.com/images/posticons/pi_smartypants.gif god help you 56k guys.

lol you can still use 'em... just shrink 'em down! I'll have to see what i can do to link out for avatars but still keep the size retraints... save us some bandwidth

I still laugh at your personal set of smilies. what, are mine not good enough?! ;-)

I used photoshop to edit the size. I put all 8 still's in a folder and then imported it into image ready

you change the size the same way in image ready as you do in photoshop. image | image size | make changes to the width/height
