Looks to me like it's a Super Sedan from Australia or NZ judging by the cars in the background and the fact they are VT Commodore taillights

lol, I'm surprised people missed the Volvo decal somehow..

Edit: Minor detective work traced the sponsor "Templeton Panel Beaters" from the back bumper to a place called in Christchurch, NZ, called Templeton.

Why? I'm an Aussie and know that they are Holden VT Commodore tails, it might say Volvo, but I bet that is just a sponsor, the C70 never had amber indicators.

That's Dave Agnew's car. As said before, it may have Commodore taillights, but it's *supposed* to be a Volvo C70.
