So its finally happening! The engine is going in. I'm picking up the tranny on Friday. So if any guys want to come with, otherwise lets pick a date to drop this in.

I could do it pretty much any Friday or Saturday. What works for you guys?

And I'll have some beer (tell me what you guys want) and we can grab lunch/dinner.

My address now is 2306 W Olla Ave. Its the 101 and Guadalupe in Mesa.
# is 480.452.6975

With everything apart, you should pull the subframe, and bolt it all together out of the car and then drop the car onto the engine/trans

is that easier and doable in 1 or 2 days?

I can't go or do anything 'til my car is done.

The engine hoist is to hold the car. Bolt the control arm/strut back on after.

I will prob be out of town this weekend, maybe, still up In the air. Either way dropping the subframe gives you a ton more space to bolt up 85% of the stuff. Makes lots of the engine and trans parts go back together wasy

I don't know. It wasn't very hard to pull out the top but it seems like you just have to bolt and unbolt more stuff by going in the bottom.

If Harry's hoist is preoccupied do you know of anywhere to rent one?

on second thought would that make the axles easier to put on if the struts are dropped with the sub frame? If that's the case then were gonna do it your way.

if you have a truck to haul it and you do it when im available, you can use my hoist.
