I'd be down if you changed the date. Why have it on the same day as Carlisle when 90% of the Volvo population in our area won't be around? Make it the next weekend or something, and I'll trek down to NY.

Volvo940tuner: Yeah, I know, the trouble is, too many of us can't go to Carlisle, for different reasons. This way, even though we miss Carlisle we still get to do something that weekend. I checked around with a bunch of people around here and nobody was able to get to Carlisle. Our last meet was on the same day as Swedish Car Day at the Museum in Boston for the same reason.

We'll be doing more here this summer, I hope you can come. I'd like to see a date where lots of us go to Watkins Glen Int. and do a parade lap- last year I watched a bunch of VW camper vans do a lap- that needs to be us!!

Yeah the only reason I can't go to Carlisle this year is because of an important family event that day.
Maybe create an events thread for an NEC meet in early June?? I should have some nice upgrades in my SE by then...

I'm in, I hope to have the convertible tight by then (Turbo oil return seals), just put on the new exhaust (eurosport tuning)... I think I've got my Dad ('01 S80 T6) and Brother (98 S70) coming too... It's a great drive and a cool park, I just hope it's a bit warmer than last year...

We are still on- about 10-12 cars should show up. Scattered t-storms in the forecast, but should be decent overall. See you there! When you enter Stewart park, bear left and you'll see us.

I'll be out in Geneseo for grad stuff until probably 2ish, but I'll swing down to Stewart Park hopefully around 4 and catch the tail end.

My 244 ran the 320 miles from VT flawlessly tonight, but of course I picked up a nail in Cortland in the right rear tire that is rubbing the quarter lip on bumps :grrr: At least the tire is still holding air.
