1980 242 GT (I think) with a manual. It's been sitting for a few years, but the guy wants $200. I have $200.
 
yes gt. has the fogs in the grill. mines an 80 does not have that. does not have gt. does have spring in driver seat hurting me currently.
 
That ford escort is gonna kick some ass when your done with it, im still wondering why you would pass up the volvo.:-P
 
Nice find, looks a lot like my 79 GT that was sitting for five years. I paid $300 for mine with half a tank of bad gas left in it.

My parents won't spend a dime on this car. This one's all on me. I don't deserve to have this car? I have my license, a perfectly clean driving record. That's two steps ahead of you!
 
If you pass on it, or don't want to dish out $200, I'll dish the $200 and keep it at my house.

I almost want to get it, drive the shiz out of it in the 10 acre field behind my house, then part it out. But I'd feel bad.
 
If he gets it, it's staying at my place anyways. I live on 2 acres. He lives on like, 2 square yards... Yard being ~3 feet, not two lawns. :)
And my area doesn't have restrictions on number of vehicles, where you park them, ect.
If he parts it out, I'll help him with that at my place.
 
So....see how much abuse it can take it is! :D
I wish we could find another vehicle. I would totally play 1:1 sized bumper cars...

Do you guys have any thoughts on what to do with bad gas? I normally drain it from the cars I buy but I don't know where to dispose of it...
