I was washing my car today, and i was wondering what it would look like without that bottom door trim that likes to peel and turn grey. Does anyone have any pics of a 240 without the bottom trim, and it would be great if someone could explain the process of removing the trim.
Thanks
Ryan

Hmm that does look really good. Are there holes behind the trim that need to be filled in once it's removed though?

My '89 244, sans trim and butt cheeks. There is a pretty good amount of body work to complete under the trim.

Wow those trimless volvos look great. But im afraid if there is a fair bit of work to do i doubt i will bother. So what can i do to "stick" it back where it has started to curl and peel off?

I used 3m mounting tape...seems to work if you clean the mounting surfaces really well.
