this is one badass car on this board that never gets picture time. 310whp @ 12psi, hopefully the owner will step in and provide some more specs. i do believe it's getting dyno tuned today with more boost, i can't wait to find out the results.

one question though, how does one add enough coolant to this car? the reservoir is mounted quite a bit lower than it was mounted originally...

his turbo is oil-cooled only, i asked about the reservoir positioning myself and he said he hasn't had any problem with it being there.

as in owner's sig, specs are:

Built 95b230ft,je pistons,H-beam rods 9.1cr ,Minor ported 531 head with 38/47 SS valves, Double Valve Springs ,S362 turbo,R-Sport header,3.5inch exhaust turbo back,t-5 trans with BNE Adapter plate/shifter extender,stg 5 spec unsprung clutch,solid mounts.

nice car, nobody has really ever seen it though.

actually looks more like 13 or 14psi on here, still lots of power for relatively low boost.

You know, I love 300+ from an 8v.
I like 400+ from a 16v more

nice specs. (cylinderhead) flow does nice things :)

I wasn't thinking of the turbo, more of the cylinder head. i can imagine the coolant wont reach the highest coolant channels inside the head. But otoh, if that would have been the case, something would have melted already.

I rode in that car years ago :nod:

edit: it was a slow pos and his fuel line came off the fuel pump so it didn't run and he didn't know why.

edit2: and it cemented that haltech, however expensive and feature-rich, lacks the support body that megasquirt has.

check the plot - its like 150 at 4000 rpm , 270 at 5000 rpm , just needs to keep going up .

Thanks Matt couldnt get the car on the dyno today, had trouble gettin the ECU and Injecters to like each other, BUT i think we got it, we will try again tamarow. The old inj were low imp CFI and new ones are 1000cc dynamic high Imp injecters and just couldnt get the setup ryte we shall see tamarow.

531 ported head, oversized valves,double springs,steel retainers,kg2t cam
RSI Header BEP S362 turbo 3.5 inch turbo back,dynomax str8 threw muffler
NPR intercooler,HD radiator, Kaplhenke Shifter kit for the t5 trans, detroit gear locker
and haltech ECU/Crane Cams igniton

I use a air lift to fill my coolant up, never had a problem.
