i have a 92 940t and wanted to swap on some 960 bumpers from a similar year as i think mine look like shi+ ive heard they are a direct swap but was wondering how much of a job is it>? i can pick up both front and rear from the local jy for 70 bucks so i thought it would be easy to add a little style for cheap to my rat box. also wanted to swap door handles, again amount of work involved?

should be a direct swap. 1995+ 960 bumpers are not a direct swap
door handles off a 92-94 960 will also fit directly. easy peasy. its like 3 screws but then again, so will handles from a 1995+ 960

92-94 are the same are they not? Just painted?
And I thought the 95+ are in face direct swap, I know the rear is.. the only thing on the front is you have to remove the trim peaces under the headlights.
