MSnS 29Y4-Anyone tell me why I'm getting this message?

I was checking to see if there was any newer versions of MSnS-Extra code for my MS1 V2.2, and there was a newer version of MT2.25p3, and the download also had a newer version of the code, so I updated MT, and went to burn the newer code to the MS unit, and I got this message:

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

It's been so long since I've flashed MS, that I don't have much to add. Could it be on the wrong com port?

I have a little on/off switch for my boot jumper. I checked it with my ohm meter, and it looks like the switch is no longer any good. If I press on the on/off switch when it's in the "on" position, it works.

if you're already using ms&s-e, you do not need to hit the jumper. just tell it you're upgrading from previous ms&s-e code.

Yeah in step one it asks if you are upgrading from regular MS code... if you already have a version of extra on it... hit N... should be good to go.
