connection refused problems

What is up with this? for the past few days I have been getting connection refused errors when I tried to access the TB site... going straight into the forum through a link. Is there host problems?

there was a short period yesterday where all of liquidweb's servers were donw, not quite sure what was going on... but it only lasted a few minutes.

I (and many others) get a lot of "temporarily unavailable" errors basically saying that the server is out of bandwidth or something... i just hit refresh and go on... not sure if theres a bandwidth cap set on each account, or just that the server we're on is overloaded.

one day we'll move to our own server... 'till then... suck it up
