If you know what you're doing, you could easily make one of those. A mold wouldn't even be required. It's just a flat panel. You'd use a piece of glass or something else flat to lay it, and then cut out the shape you wish and viola! carbon fiber door panels.

Its not hard to make but who wants to make that mess. I will galdly pay someone to make me a set. if someone with time and space wants to make 242 door skins you have 1 set sold to me!

too bad the factory door panels aren't that heavy. just some thin fiberboard. its the actual doors that are heavy.
