I'll be at the dyno day (hint hint) on saturday, Davis sunday, and unfortently just be watching TH this year. The 242ti just isn't ready (and Im broke, so I just couldn't send in the money in time :(

See you there

You should come down to the dyno day, would be great to see how the cars do!

I have some experience with this. Thunderhill seems to be able to summon a tow truck on short notice. My 242 got hauled home from it's first track day after a headgasket let go. It is a little loss of face to have your car dragged out, but we all survived. Most problems that occur at the track are minor, and there are tons of people around with some mechanical ability to help.

We had an MVP dyno day today, and we probably will not get to Davis until 7PM on sat. night It's about a 10 hour trip for us. We will be bringing five cars. My 744T, Pauls 744T16V, Seth's 242T, Nick's 745T, and a car we just finished last week Dave Reiter's 745T. We dig this event, it is a blast. We will have pictures and dyno results from our Dyno day on the website soon.
