'92 240 navy blue interior and exterior

134,xxx miles

It's so clean both inside and out. It belonged to my godmother's father who recently passed away. She was willed the car and after her 25 year old son rejected the car in favor of commuting in his geo metro, it now belongs to me :)

It hardly needs anything but I do believe my godfather said that new shocks wouldn't hurt. I'd also like to put in a new stereo in the future and possibly some speakers. The current stereo seems to be from the late 90s or so. It doesn't play mp3's nor does it have an aux jack. It produces a decent sound though.

I was thinking about transferring over my newer stereo and speakers from my old white '90 240DL, "La Bamba" but I've handed the car down to my little sister who may be getting her license in the near future. She says I should leave the stereo and speakers which were my X-mas gift back in 07 because she has to drive the beater. I told her that I'd think about it... :roll:The car is still running well, however the belt to the alternator squeaks like hell until in warms up and the car has killed the alternator and worn out belts 3 times in the last 4 years. What's up with that?!

The good news is the white 240 hasn't rusted (thanks to Redwoodchair and his help with the primer 2 or so years back) and with 185,xxx miles I'm sure my sister will get some good use out of the car.
