The original oil and petrol from factory is still in the car.
Only thing that is replaced is the battery.

Maybe that the husband died or got very ill so he could't drive the car and the wife didn't have a licence and just let the car stay in the garage. That is not very uncommon, but at that low mileage it's very rare
