After looking at 7 and 9 series turbo grille's and the 240 grille's why can't I put one into the other? Its almost wide enough but not quite but looks like it will fit inside the 240 frame. So off we go. First you have to seperate the two grille's outer frames and center section. Then I started to cut the virtical vanes flush with the outer frame leaving the end two for strength and to fill the gap. Next you have to cut the center of the 7/9 grille a little bit to fit into the 240 frame and center section. I will use some fasteners to mount this into the 240 piece so dont mind the zip ties, I just wanted to see what it looked like didn't want it to fall out, and I didn't have any drills at the moment. If this has been done before sorry for the repost. So there it is, eggcrate for the 240 on the cheap.
