Hello, I thought I could post some info and pictures of the 945 to my dad ..
It is a orginal 945 TDI from 1995, it has gone as taxi before my dad bought it..
When my dad bought it, had it gone 661 000 KM, and the d24(vw motor) had done his, and was ready for exploitation.. The hole plan from that day me picked up the car, was to pick out the vw motor and M90 trans, and put a LD28 from a Nissan Laurel C31 diesel and 5speed trans from a Datsun 280C diesel into the car.. This was done, and a turbo from an Audi 1.8 turbo and the original intercooler was also put down the engine compartment.. And the diesel nozzles was shimsed up 30 bar..

A sweet little turbo, that charges 1.2 bar:)

The Hood and the frond fenders had seen their better days.. So we got a few front fenders and a hood to a 940, wel, we thought they was to 940, but it was to a 90modell EU 740, the fenders fit perfectly, but the hood was 3 cm wider over the "nose"..

And in July 2010 we was tired of the grey, ugly volvo.. Så we put the original 940 hodd back on the car and replaced left back door, and bought the original white colour to the car and painted it..
