How much would you want for those? Yes, seriously.

Looking good.
If it's on the outside you can polish it with glass polish.
Inside will be tricky because of the silvering on the glass reflector.

yes it is on the inside, the outside cleaned up spotless, i was thinking water and drip dry?

EDIT: in the right light they have a rainbow tinge like oil dose to water..... so its factory stuff on the inside? will it burn off?

BTW those aren't TV screens. The massive rectangular ones that go in place of the quad rounds (and the quad squares on the 78-80 262c) are the TV screens. ;-)

You can try distilled water just fill the lenses up with it only slosh around and drain out. shouldn't hurt the reflectors that way.. but then again
the reflector surface will be that way too.. You can split the lenses apart from the frames but that white caulking may or may not be brittle
enough to let that happen.

I've revived quite a few of these cibie produced H4's.. If you can split the lenses apart and use a microfiber cloth *dry* on the reflectors and then just wash the lenses out they'd be awesome.

i am trying to avoid spliting them....... i'll sleep on it and try the distilled water tomorrow.... maybe?.....

It may clear up when they are turned on and the heat from the lights cleans it all up...

but it will probably come back the next time your car is out in the rain...

Does it look like they are held together with adhesive? You may could heat them up in the oven(how most headlamps are taken apart) and pry them apart to clean the inside of the lenses.
