Michael Krutolow of the So Cal VCOA has arranged a tour of the incredible Nethercutt Collection (http://www.nethercuttcollection.org/index2.html) next Saturday, Aug 28. He has secured 20 reservations and only 8 folks have signed up. Come on ya'll, it's gonna be an excellent day at one of the finest car collections in the world. I think I want to, the drive from my house isn't that bad. (The peterson mesuem isnt that great..and im suprised I havent been here!)

Where do we register and how much do the tickets cost?

haven't been in 10 years, back when it was merle norman, but for the rest of you guys its a great collection, very worth while.

From the SCVCOA Calander of Events:

August 28, 2004 (Saturday) MUSEUM TOUR at the Nethercutt Collection in Silmar, CA.
We have secured reservations for the Nethercutt Collection and a tour of nearby San Sylmar.
We plan to meet at the Nethercutt, located across the street from San Sylmar, at 12:00 PM. Then our San Sylmar tour begins at 1:30 PM (1:15 PM check-in time). If you are not sure what the Nethercutt Collection is, check it out here: http://www.nethercuttcollection.org/index2.html.
The following information is important: NO JEANS OR SHORTS, San Sylmar Tour runs approximately 2 hours. Cameras are permitted, but absolutely NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO. No children under 12. Parking is free in front of the Nethercutt Museum, located across the street from San Sylmar. So far we have about 8 confirmed reservations. If you have not RSVP'd, please do so. Also, there are no food facilities at the Nethercutt. We can all go for a an early dinner afterwards if you wish.

Hope to see some of you So Cal guys there. BTW, admission is free.

It was a great day, many thanks to Mike for putting this together for all of us. I highly recommend the Museum for those who live nearby or who may be visiting the area.
