FAQ's and such

Where's the FAQ? Seems like a lot of questions get asked over and over and I can't seem to retrive some of the really great info that you and others have provided.

BTW I've asked some stupid questions!

well there was talk of producing a general FAQ that kenny was working on in the off-topic fourm... however i think what we should really do is start working on putting together some articles.

the search feature is all i can suggest at this point until theres a way to generate articles from older threads

That and a sticky at the top of the performance forum telling people to search first.
We get a lot of questions that there are articles for on the main page but people don't bother to read them... i think that's why i've slacked off, just generally jaded with people's apparent lack of motivation to actually search for information.

Maybe we should see about getting people to actually "sign up" to write an article. IE someone like mike might do a writeup summarizing lowering springs and appropriate rim sizes/widths/offsets, I could possibly do a more detailed and organized writeup of an NA-turbo conversion, etc...
I dunno. I think an updated links section might help to- pointing to more generic articles...
just thoughts. :)
