im surprised it took them so long. the Voxx MGR's on my car are there cause when my bro bought em a couple years ago, they were the onyl ones that fit. And boy-howdy have I seen lot of volvos rolling on MGRs. they got themselves a nice niche here...

mine are 16x7.5. If you wanna buy me some milli miglia evo 5's and with s03 rubber and the necessary adapters, you can have em!

edit:// and in 18x8. I roll on 18's.

how about if your car doesn't beat mine on the 13th i get your rims(wanna go i win u get my rims and i get yours and if you win then you get to KEEP YOURS) .... as i would love those rims w/ some nice s03's(245/45/16) wraped around them on my car ... then i wouldn't have traction issues

Cullen, I think you're on to something there... I'd pimp those! Right offset, right looks, nice polished lip, yum yum.

That Voxx appears to be a nice looking wheel. It is also available in 17 x 8 with the Volvo bolt pattern, size and offset, for a very reasonable $112. I e-mailed for a weight. I suspect they are heavy. I would like to get a set of lightweight 17 x 8 wheels sometime in the next year, but I want a weight of about 17 lbs. Tire Rack sells a couple of wheels that might work, but the cheapest one will be about $200.

the intersting thing about "voxx" wheels is that they're pretty lgiht for castings...although i think they're somehwere up to 20-25lbs for a 17x7.5. Id imagine this is cause they're from some fancy schmancy italian wheel maker and they're just rebadged for i think just the american market... the name escapes me fo rthe moment, and thats not cool

Awsome! Its almost a cross between the virgo and polaris.
Hopefully they are not too heavy, but for that price I am willing to bet they are.

See THESE kinds of aftermarket wheels is why I questioned the $875/4 price of the Polaris group buy. Granted Polaris wheels look fabulous, but I simply can't justify spending that kind of money on wheels... These, however, I could justify. :badboy:

Yep..and totally disrespectful in emails if you ever have a problem with their wheels or their distributor...

Until I see those on a car, maybe a 240 or 740, they just don't look right.

Of course this is my opinion only:
Dont waste your money. Yes i know i personally have expensive tastes in wheels, but even so, the Vxx my brother bought are pretty much junk. They bend at first sight of a pebble in the road (and thats with 205/55 tires) the finish seems to have been just simply painted on and has since peeled off around the lug nuts on 2 of the 4 wheels. The Team Dynamics wheels as well as the TSW's are around the same price and seem to be much better made.
Now that being said, perhaps their new wheels are well made, i just wouldnt want to blow money on wheels that get outlasted by the tires mounted on them.

I have 2 bent MGRs in a 5x114.3 pattern from an oldsmobile they were on, they were bent before they even hit the car, and they were new, thats why, sometimes, discount tire sucks and makes you buy replacements, even though they were <2hrs old.

I wouldn't spend my $ on those. Unless, they changed their way.
