in my town and country there is a low output led light up front for your ability to see better inside of your vehicels cabin. its a soft green that to be truthful i didnt even notice it was there until i went over to reach for something in my passenger seat..
and noticed my arm was glowing green in a direction away from the radio. its a really great light now i know its there and really does make things easier to access say like your phone fell onto the floor board.
now ive been thinking about adding one of these inside my 1991 744 dome light.
in between the 2 switches for the mapping lights is a great location to add this led bulb and is a prime area to wire it up.
best way to advoid a ticket for obstruction of view people actually get around here for having your inside lights on while driving.
my question is where should i wire this up to so when i turn my headlights on this led comes on as well? or is it easier to bypass any of the switches for the maplights or the headlamp bulbs wiring by pigtailing them straight to one of their wires.
ive been looking for pictures of what this lamp looks like but i hope you get the general idea of what im talking about.
