I'm assuming your talking about the bolt on that pipe? That is actually the exhaust downpipe.. and yes it's supposed to be capped off since your car really has no use for that hole!

The green wire looks like the oxygen sensor wire.. it should plug into another wire which connects to the oxygen sensor which is located on the bottom of your exhaust manifold

Did you do the interior yourself? Looks like it's finished nicely!

so yeah here's the interior of my 240 turbo also one pic on the outside currently looking into finding someone to sell me a turbo lol old on is dead.....How do you know it's dead? Is it shrieking under boost? Are you getting *any* boost on the gauge? What kind of symptoms? Of course, this is the showroom and not maintenance, so perhaps another thread should be started there.

Lovin' the purple/black interior though. Big fan of purple here - seeing as I painted my whole house DARK purple.

man nice work, a little too flashy for my taste, but the work looks A+. if you do another interior, i'd love to see a "how to customize seats/door panels". i'm not an upholstery expert, but i'd happily tackle mine with help.

Yep, as stated the green wire is from the ECU of the car, usually sits on the firewall and the single wire from the 02 runs to that.

You could probably get away with running a single wire 02 sensor and just the let the engine heat warm it up...it would save the trouble of having to wire in the heated element of a heater 02 sensor....is that green wire connected to anything on the other side?

hmmmm looks like it is I've been trying to figure out what it hooks up to for a while but thanks for the comment yeah if I can ever get around to it I'll write a upholstery one eventually

Oh, one other thing...is there an 02 sensor in the exhaust manifold? Some 240 turbos [maybe all?] had one there...?

I'd say that looks like a 740 downpipe but 740s have the sensor hole on the bottom of the pipe...

A heater one wire sensor might be the way to go then :)

Nice interior.

ty :D yeah its kinda on the side cept that wire shrunk from melting and now its to short so looks like I get to do some rewiring on this car (I hate wiring newer cars btw)
