Very nice! I like the wheels.

I tried translating it on Inter-Tran, but it still doesn't make much sense. I agree, if anyone could translate it more accutately please do.

This is an 81 244, registered w/ engine swap = you'll have no problems passing inspection with this setup.

the body is 99% rust-free, blue-green metallic, bross air dam, working alarm & central locks, PW, sun roof & light tint all around. R-sport seat covers all around except for a momo drivers seat.

Engine: concrete filled (reinforced) b234f, bored 1st oversize, venolia pistons, SPM rods, o-ringed, steel cam gear on the crank. fully weighted and balanced. custom flywheel w/ 3 plate AP clutch.

Ported 16v head, solid lifters, double valve springs, gr.A spec cams, adj. gears. intake from b204gt

4 1130cc injectors, Bosch 044 main pump, twin in-tank pumps, 12mm fuel hose, custom header w/ 4" DP & 3" exhaust, 1 muffler w/ side dump. 55mm rosencrantz wg., Garrett GT42 turbo.

Large intercooler w/ 3" connections, oil cooler, prospark fuel and spark management

all engine work and dyno time performed at Liba Motor in Degerberga.

Chassi: all bushings are superflex, stiffer dampers and lowering springs. heim-jointed anti-roll bar in the rear end, steel braided brake lines. welded 1031 differential. used to have a dana, but it didn't hold up. front strut bar + the ones that connect to the firewall.

the wheels in the picture are not included. 16" 940 turbo rims in front, 2 brand new MT 235/60 15" in the back, they cost about 4500SEK

the car is for sale without gearbox!

i probably forgot something... just call or email.

and on to the price, it's hard to set a fixed price, it all depends on equipment. 100 000SEK obo, possible trade.

i found this on TPC. there are two more pictures of the engine:

Yeah HK(hästkraft translates to horsepower) is metric horsepower unit and BHP/HP is usually international unit.

HK=735,49875 watts
HP/BHP=745,7 watts

and

580 horsepower [metric] = 572.0656422 horsepower [international]

So the difference isn't so big. :P

I guess he blew up the tranny? Toss on a T5, maybe a rear axle swap to something that can handle the power *and* turn a corner. I dunno, how long will that engine last making that kind of power? I think he's just trying to sell it before it becomes a cloud of metal fragments.

BTW - I *think* HK numbers are somewhat higher than HP numbers.
*google*
1 hk (metric horse power) = 0,735499 kW = 75,00 kpm/s = 632,5 kcal/h = 2510 Btu/h = 0,9863 hp

SO that 580 HK is "only" 572 HP.
:-P

How much is 100,000 Kroner? Like is it the equivelent of what might be in my couch?

According to xe.com:
100,000.00 SEK Sweden Kronor = 14,508.26 USD United States Dollars

A couple of years ago that would have been about $10,000. The falling US dollar has turned Swedish goods from being a bargain to US residents into being a bit pricey.

Has anyone actually seen a GT42 in person? If not, I'll explain. Its the size of a medium dinner plate, and it weighs about 50 lbs. Thats rediculous. Gotta love those crazy europeans!

Was that the one at slowboyracing? More heft than a 245 in GT4!

i browsed, and i found this added to the bottom on the tpc site:

Just nu sitter det en EJ fungerande TH400 turboclutch låda med manuellt ventilhus i bilen.
Har haft den på renovering 2 gånger, men hinner knappt backa upp från garaget innan någon växelhänger sig eller den börjar läcka olja!
Så centrumet på den 3-skiviga kopplingen passar på den lådan,
men går givetvis att nita om!

Om jag inte får bilen såld, tänker jag antingen hänga dit en vanlig getrag eller köra helautomat!

right now, there's a NON-functioning TH400 turboclutch tranny w/ manual valve body mounted in the car. It's been rebuilt twice, but it seems like i can't pull out of the driveway before it gets stuck in gear or springs a leak!
the center section of the triple plate clutch fits to the TH400, but that can easily be re-riveted to fit something else.

if i can't get the car sold, i'll either throw a getrag in there or just go fully automatic.
