93 block

well i picked up a 93 block today, and i am gonna try and save up to build a beast. hopefully i can get the money haha, but just want to make something that will have plenty more power.
not DOHC just an 8v but any ideas that are within reason would be greatly appreciated, get the ideas flowing:twisted:

just a fresh lower end ... maybe one oversize on the pistons

get a 531 head ported to hell, either ported 90+ or header, your T3/T3 and MS .. and you are done ... should be good for 350-400(since we know you are around that 300+ mark around)

tho what is your goal??? take that damn car to the track already

otherwise if you wanna have some fun find a stroker crank and go w/ some aftermarket rods and pistons and keep your turbo and **** ... just get a ported to hell head w/ the 2.5+ L lower end and run 25-30psi

i know of a few guy running a 2.6L lower end(all custom) and a ported to hell 8v head w/ a holset who runs high 11's @ ~25psi ... tho he's breaking all kinds of parts so

400hp would be about right, i want to leave it at a 2.3L, and yea i am ognna get rods pistons just so i do it right from the beginning and don't start breaking crap. yea def 531 head ported. oh yea around 25-30 psi is about right
